I'm a Youth Pastor. I love my job; the kids, the relationships, the neat things God does sometimes inspite of me, the DQ Blizzards with Justin & Ryan, countless pizzas, the probing questions from kids and the way they share their life with you in such an honest way. But how do we counteract or swim within the stream of the bureaucracy, committees and procedure within the church? It just wants to suck the life out of me.
